Well it’s been a while…

Yes we know, it’s been a good long time since our last post – but you would not believe how busy things have been. And with each additional project we’ve put off updating our blog. I think it’s partially because we already have such a substantial web development history and there are so many sites out there (see our client list at http://www.sagecomputerservices.com/clients.htm) that we figured we’d listed enough. But you know, it never hurts to keep an accounting of your work, so we’ll be adding lots of references to recently (and not so recently – we really have been remiss in keeping our blog up to date completed sites.

Janiva Magness site now live!

We’re so pleased to announce the launch of the new Janiva Magness website. It’s a beauty of a site and is another homerun design by Monster Design.

The site showcases Janiva Magness and her blues CDs and awards. It also includes a WordPress blog that has been custom themed with the same look and feel as the main website.

National Institute for Reproductive Health launches new site

Sage is pleased to announce the launch of its latest project – The National Institute for Reproductive Health. NIRH is an innovation institute for reproductive health care. They offer breakthrough education programs and advocacy strategies proven to expand access to quality reproductive health care. they also work with state and local leaders to design new approaches that will remove barriers and improve reproductive health care for all women.

The NIRH site was designed by Golden Lasso, a Seattle-based graphics design firm.

Seattle International Foundation launches new site

Sage Computer Services is pleased to announce the implementation of a new website for the Seattle Internation Foundation. Seattle International Foundation (SIF) was founded as a supporting organization to The Seattle Foundation for the purpose of increasing and enhancing international philanthropy and development efforts from the Pacific Northwest and to serve as a resource to the community.

Sage is pleased to announce the posting of the new Howland Homes website at http://www.howlandhomes.com. Howland Homes is a Seattle-based home builder and their new website showcases several of their current and upcoming projects. This Monster Design-created site showcases each project with photos, descriptions of lifestyle and features, and if completely Content Management System (CMS) driven, allowing the site admin to control all page content. Inspiring teachers are out there in the world; sometimes they’re just hard to find. TeachStreet’s goal is to encourage life-long learning by connecting inquiring minds with inspiring instructors via an insanely easy-to-use website. S. H. Cowell Foundation Launches New Website

Sage is pleased to announce the implementation of the new S.H. Cowell Foundation website, and would like to invite everyone to visit their site and learn more about all of the great work being done by the foundation.

The S.H. Cowell Foundation works to improve the lives of children living in poverty in Northern and Central California by making grants and providing support to strengthen families and communities. The Foundation was established in 1956 through a $12.5 million bequest from S.H. Cowell. In the half-century since, Cowell has made more than $220 million in grants to 3,700 organizations.

The site features easy to follow navigation and a clean and simple display that focuses on content while maintaining a sophisticated style. It also features a nifty site search mechanism that actually searches into site documents such as PDFs as well as web pages for the search terms entered by the user.
